Reclaiming Narratives: The Impact of Black African Innovators in the UK This October 2024, with support from BH365, we are launching a new project in the Royal Borough of Greenwich that celebrates the contributions of outstanding Black African and Caribbean engineers and scientists in the UK. The project will include various activities targeting children aged 7-14 in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This initiative seeks to inspire the next generation of innovators, instilling pride in their heritage while educating the broader community about the significant roles played by Black African scientists and engineers. Our project aims to increase cultural awareness, reduce prejudice, promote mutual respect, and stimulate interest in engineering and science among children from underrepresented backgrounds.
